Times of economic crisis often signal trouble for women and people of color in all sectors and all parts of the world.  This particular crisis, which has at its core, isolation and virtual communication, rather than face to face communication and travel, has created an entirely new opportunity for women and people of color that did not exist pre-Covid-19.
