Times of economic crisis often signal trouble for women and people of color in all sectors and all parts of the world.  This particular crisis, which has at its core, isolation and virtual communication, rather than face to face communication and travel, has created an entirely new opportunity for women and people of color that did not exist pre-Covid-19. Virtual work can actually level the playing field for many that were formerly excluded, but only if we recognize and sustain the momentum.  Denise Pirrotti Hummel, CEO of Lead Inclusively, Inc., has spent her career creating inclusion methodology actually has the business impact of gender and racial equity.
