Session Description

We’ll introduce the intersections of diversity, inclusion engagement, and performance to achieving your organization’s goals and objectives.

This interactive session gives leaders a foundation to build skills in leveraging inclusion as a tool to enhance strategic organizational priorities and yield an ability to gain alignment around leaders’ responsibility in creating a culture of inclusion.

Additionally, managers will learn to identify and support high potential employees as well as begin to identity what might be preventing more people in your organization from contributing at maximum levels of performance.
