How Your Session Works

You will present via a unique Zoom link included in your calendar invite. This is how your session reaches conference participants. If you have co-presenters, they will use the same link.

Watch this short video to walk through the login process and what to expect on the day.

Monitoring Participant Questions

The conference runs on Whova, our online platform. Logging into Whova gives you the participant view, where you can see questions and chat from your audience in real time.

To use both Zoom and Whova simultaneously, you will need two screens. That said, it is not required. Your WILD Zoom producer can read participant questions aloud to you during the session. You (co-presenters) and your Zoom producer will meet online 10 minutes before your session begins.

Log into Whova at least two days before the event to get set up: https://whova.com/portal/webapp/sDpWyIm8fg95ueKKpEO1/

Session Polls

If your session includes a poll, submit it by May 1 to manager@thewildnetwork.org. Include:

  • Your poll question

  • Answer choices

  • Whether participants can select one answer or multiple

Joining as a Participant

Want to attend other sessions and engage with the broader conference? Log into Whova separately as a participant to access the full program. Link included above.
