This is personalized, results-oriented coaching designed to help you:

What You'll Experience

Six 1:1 Coaching Sessions

Work with a certified leadership coach matched to your needs and context. Each one-hour session is tailored to your specific goals and challenges.

You'll schedule your sessions flexibly between your registration date and November 30, 2026.

Ongoing Community Connection

Your coaching is enhanced by membership in The WILD Network, a thriving global community of purpose-driven women leaders. Access peer learning, resources, and connections that extend far beyond your coaching engagement.

Research-Backed Approach

In partnership with the University of Houston, we're advancing knowledge about what helps women leaders thrive. Your participation contributes to research that will benefit leaders globally. All data is anonymized and confidential.

Results-Oriented Design

This isn't therapy, mentorship, or generic training. Leadership coaching is a personalized journey focused on building self-awareness, enhancing decision-making, and empowering you to overcome challenges while leveraging your unique strengths.

The Role of the Coach

You remain in the driver's seat. Your coach is your thinking partner, helping you tap into your own wisdom and agency.

Recommended timeline:

Schedule your first coaching session before the end of May 2026 or as soon as you have registered for your WILD membership to allow optimal scheduling flexibility through the November 2026 deadline.

Research Project

In collaboration with the University of Houston (UH), the WILD Network is researching the effectiveness of the Global Leadership Coaching Program for Purpose Driven Women. Coaching clients in our program are requested to participate by completing a pre and post self-assessment. All data is anonymized and only UH has access to it. Aggregated results will be shared with all participating individuals.

How It Works: Your Coaching Journey

Before Coaching Begins

Step 1. Complete Your Pre-Coaching Assessment

A brief, anonymized self-assessment administered by the University of Houston research team helps establish your baseline and contributes to program research.

Step 2. Coach Matching

The WILD Network will send you login credentials to our coaching platform. You'll then be matched with a coach based on your profile and needs.

Note: Once you receive access, you'll take ownership of scheduling and managing your coaching journey. This autonomy reflects the self-directed leadership development at the heart of our program.

Your coaching engagement (Complete by November 30, 2026)

Step 3. Schedule Your Six Sessions

Connect directly with your coach to schedule sessions that work for your calendar. You're in control of pacing and timing.

What You're Responsible For:

•         Scheduling sessions directly with your coach

•         Showing up prepared and engaged for each session

•         Applying insights between sessions

•         Notifying WILD Network before your third session if coach fit is an issue (changes cannot be made after this point)

•         Reporting any significant concerns during the coaching period

After your coaching

Complete Your Post-Coaching Assessment

By December 15, 2026, complete the post-coaching self-assessment. This helps us measure impact and contribute to research on women's leadership development.

Frequently Asked Questions

When should I start my coaching sessions?

We recommend beginning by April or May 2026 to ensure ease of scheduling all six sessions before the November 30, 2026 deadline.

What if my coach and I aren't a good fit?

Contact WILD Network before your third coaching session, and we'll work to match you with a different coach. Changes cannot be made after the third session.

What happens if I can't complete all six sessions by November 30?

The deadline ensures program cohesion and research integrity. Plan your schedule accordingly to complete your engagement within the timeframe.

Is my coaching confidential?

Yes. Coaching conversations are confidential between you and your coach. Research data is anonymized, and only the University of Houston research team has access to aggregate data.

Can I continue coaching beyond six sessions?

The program includes six sessions. If you wish to continue coaching afterward, you can discuss options with WILD Network for additional support.
