The WILD Network (Women for Impactful Leadership in Development) is a dynamic hub dedicated to leadership growth, career advancement, and community building for individuals addressing some of the world’s most complex challenges across global development, humanitarian, and social impact sectors.
The WILD Fellowship is designed for early- and mid-career professionals ready to elevate their leadership, expand their networks, and deepen their impact.
Over the course of this six-month program, Fellows gain access to a global community of changemakers, personalized leadership coaching, and the opportunity to participate in the 2026 Leadership for Social Impact Forum.
