Accelerating the impact of Social Innovators
Who We Are
WILD supports women social innovators at all stages of their careers to increase their influence, and scale the impact of their organizations. We build and connect the ecosystem of stakeholders that believe in building cultures of inclusive leadership. And, we want your engagement with us and each other to be a JOY. (Because don't we already experience enough grind?)
The Women in Global Development Leadership Forum is the first and world's largest forum on women's leadership, equity, diversity and inclusion in the global development sector. Join us for our third annual event on October 26, 2020, held virtually this year. We identify the skills that women can develop and deepen to lead more effectively within their organizations, as well as ways in which the organizations can become more alert to the advantages of strong female leadership, equity, diversity and inclusion.

Founder & CEO, WILD Network
WILD Network Founder
Over the last two decades, I’ve worked with thousands of people across the globe who are tackling the world’s toughest problems.
The most common attribute I have observed? A deep commitment to having a positive impact.
I have also seen how much people want to deepen and expand their leadership skills. And for those earlier in their careers, and those people given less opportunities, a desire for more opportunities to lead.
And that’s why I started WILD.
I’m a serial social innovator and field-builder. What drives me is the belief that everyone is capable of incredible things…given the opportunity.
My life’s work is helping to create those opportunities. Earlier in my career I founded a global professional services firm specialized in economic growth called Making Cents International, and for 20 years served as its CEO. I also founded the first, largest and only sustainable network to advance youth economic opportunities.
In the academic world, I teach entrepreneurship at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. I serve with pride on the Global Board of Governors of Junior Achievement Worldwide and as an Advisor to Street Business School.
I invite you to be part of the WILD Network as we strengthen our individual leadership skills, and build companies with inclusive cultures so that we can all have the impact we want.
